WHAT IS FORE STAKE?
They are piles made to carry the building load to solid ground on floors with low carrying capacity. These piles are drilling stakes and depend on the condition, ground structure, diameter and depth of the stake. Hole diameter Fore Pile can be between 50 cm and 250 cm.
Fore Pile Construction Method
FORE STAKE DRILL METHOD
The forage of reinforced concrete piles of the diameter determined in the project will be made with rotary drilling machines or hydraulic puncture machines mounted on the pallet Vince.
On demolished, water-level floors, the well will be piped or drilled with bentonite. On the ground that is not demolished, a short front pipe will be drilled. Appropriate attachments will be used to pass the hard layers that may be encountered during forage. Forage will continue with the above methods until the project reaches its depth.
PREPARATION OF FORE STAKE EQUIPMENT CAGE AND MINIMATION OF WELLS
Irons will be caged using the necessary templates in the area close to the pile locations. The necessary rigidity will be provided to prevent dissolution during lifting. The addition of cages will be done with the Clemens if they are connecting, welding or very heavy. The prepared equipment cage service crane will be lowered into the wells to be used. The equipment cage will be suspended from the top so that it does not sink during concrete.
CONCRETE
Following the lowering of the equipment cage into the wells, the tremie pipe will be lowered with the service crane. Segregation of concrete to be made with concrete tremie pipe will be prevented. Tremie concrete requires high slump (minimum 15 cm) and late socket (minimum 3 hours).
Before concrete starts, the tremie pipe will be lifted up to 30-40 cm from the base. To prevent groundwater from mixing with concrete, the tremie pipe will remain in continuous and minimum 2 m concrete.
Concrete will continue until clean concrete comes from the well mouth.
QUALITY CONTROL
During the well feature forage, Kelly length, after the forage with the weight attached to the end of the strip meter will be metered.
4 samples of every 100 m3 of concrete will be taken and crimean results will be reported for 7-28 days.
There will be a pile loading experiment on request.
Pit (continuity test) will be performed on request.
RECORDS
A Registration Voucher is prepared for each pile. On these vouchers:
Pile number, location and date,
Pile top and bottom jeans,
Pile diameter and drill length, Forage start and end time,
Amount of concrete used and numbers if sampled,
Length of housing pipe should be found.
